  • I make this. However, I reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup and save the drained off peach juice. I heat up the peach juice adding water to make 1/2 cup if needed.

    It always is a hit

  • @snua86 Hi! Thanks so much for watching and writing in. I've never substituted in strawberries or kiwis in this particular recipe, but it should work. Depending on how sweet your fruit is, you may need to add more sugar. Hope you will like this. So easy to make and yummy!

  • Honey, if you're going to use peaches at least use frozen if you can't get fresh. Canned peaches are for bums.

  • Peaches are just coming into season up here and guess what I'm planning to make? Ahhh did I give too big a hint? LOL Gotta try it with real peaches. Hope it works as good as with canned. We'll see?

    My sister used to make a peach cobbler, where she used "ONE" of everything.... 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 stick butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 lg. can peaches (not drained).... Stir all ingredients, except peaches into a baking dish into melted butter; then dump the can of peaches into the batter and stir only once or twice, around the edges. Bake 30 - 40 min. @ 375 - 400. It always turned out good!

  • I just had a peach yogurt for breakfast. I love peaches as long as they are skinned. I'm usually strapped for time so I either eat out or buy frozen dinners.     I'm about to leave the house and try this new restaurant that just opened up a few days ago downtown. Four other restaurants have opened and closed in this particular spot in the last 3 years. Hopefully this one will stay around for awhile. Keep making those great videos, I enjoy watching them.

  • Yeah it's probably just a bad spot. If you're curious to see what it looks like just go to Google maps, type in: 501 sherman, coeur dalene, ID and click on "street view". At that point, you should see the "Barrel Room". It's right next to it on the corner = )
