but you need speed to get downforce, and that thing gathers too much speed too quickly, and like the other comments say it is wet and dark, also dodge built the car to be a dodge, not to be a hennessy so even with that wing the normal viper although it likes to powerslide alot has better grip

Unskilled driver. If I saw that correctly that was a Hennessy Venom 1000, which currently holds the world record as fastest car 0-200 miles an hour. Even the driver in Road and Track was scared of the car 0-140 when he drove it because it had no traction up to that speed. Even after that it was skittish to put all of the power to the ground. It was just someone who got cocky and thought they could handle the power fucking up.
