you seriously dont know? its the second largest country in the world, and easy to spot if u had a map, north america... i know the indians fought in ww2, but they wer used as backup, last resort troops and only for defence of british colonies in south asia... canada was the 3rd largest contributor of forces to the western front in ww1 and ww2, and at the end of ww2, canadas navy was 3rd largest in the world, altho we had only 11 million people, india had 550million, and was less powerful

i agree that both india and china could put out massive amounts of soldiers... but still, the english empire cant be touched. most of its power is now in the united states, but britian, australia and canada are a formitable backup. the united states possess something like 80%+ of all military technology in the world, and canada stands with them... if india gets their shit together, they could become better, but right now like i sayd, canada is ahead of india in everything technological

@featherlight123 indians always talk about and try to compare their sole and hard war of 1971 with our 1200(712to1857) years rule over them. and that war was faught on the basis of equipment and some logistics. we had only 1 squardern of 15 old F 86s sabres while they had 10 squarders of latest migs and hunters.but still they were impressivly opposed till 6september and lost 25 jets wthile we lost just 4. and the rest of 11 planes were blown by our airforce to prevent the indians to use them.

@alinaumankhan I thnk you have have forgotten the Pakistan of last 63 years. Ok thats fine if you have forgotten but at lease you can keep the Pakistan of last 4-5 years in mind , see the Balochistan , NWFP , Waziristan etc and think about that what is going on... @shargaurav their is nothing wrong in NWFP and balochistan. the only problem in balochintan is Barahamdagh bugti but he is not in Pakistan. he only had an army of 2000. and the total papulation of balochistan is just 6 million. only 2% of Pakistans total population. But whats going on in seven sisters, east india,tamil nadu,kashmir,khalistan,moaists,nexils, is something that u should be worried about. Kolkata is on its brink to fall into the hands of nexils pleeez come back in real save urself.

@shargaurav and i hav only mentioned nexil activities of just 2 months and not the incidents to tamils and kashmiris. the situation is even more critical then kashmir. In a public broad cast manmohan himself said that the biggest threat to indian fedration and nexils and maoists. just type naxalites on wikipedia and u'll see the map on the top were it is clear that about 40% of territory is badly affected by naxalis. and again u only show ur livings of major cities luk mumbai dehli goa ect.

@alinaumankhan See Islam was on decline after it lost the last war in Vienna in 1683 against the army of Christians. Islam had spread in all of central asia and several rulers were there. Arab alone was not under one single rule , it had several tribes and tribal leaders and till today Arab has many nomadic tribe. The point to ponder over is why despite so much of power Islamic invaders could not sustain their rule anywhere?
