You don't need to know better than the driver man just look and listen you clearly hear him launch in 1st, spin a little (0:17-0:18), shift in second at 0:19, shift in 3rd at 1:21-1:22, hit nitrous at 1:25 (notice passenger saying "holy fuck" at that point) just before shifting in 4th at 1:26 with nitrous on. And he finished at 150mph which is reached in low 4th with such a setup period. I have seen enough videos of these guys to know it dude. Period.
