Anybody else notice that Disney apprently doesn't like flying dragons? Look at the size of Maleficent, Elliot and Madam Mim's wings, and the fact Mushu and the Reluctant Dragon (unsure if it has a name) don't have any wings. Why you no like flying Dragons, Disney?
@buckmana I thought about that after I posted, Chinese Dragons can fly without wings. Mushu never does though.
Most of them, but if you look at some other non-Disney cartoon Dragons (Dulcy from Sonic the Hedgehog, Dragonite from Pokemon, and Devon/Cornwall from Quest for Camelot) you'll notice that they all have small wings that could never really be used for flight. (However, all three I listed have been shown flying)
Maybe they are lazy, although that would be a poor excuse on their part.
I'm by no means an expert in Mr Murphy's career, but it appears that he's very amenable to reprising pretty much any role he did, no matter how minor it was.
Hmm, I wonder if that could be a color correction issue?
The source I got this from was not a production quality one and in addition, the video format is not 100% with my country's format (which does alter the colors).

I can't speak to the other Dragons, but Chinese Dragons don't have wings.
It does seem very odd though.
In other films with "realistic" dragons, they had quite a sizeable wingspan.
Which you would need to lift a body that large.
Maybe the animators were just lazy and didn't want to animate big wings.

In Kingdom Hearts 2, Captain Sparrow does make an appearance with other disney characters.
Although he does not cross paths with Mr Mouse, he does meet Donald or Goofy.

As far as I know, Mulan never spoke.
Maybe it's because they were unable to secure the voice actress from the movie to appear in the series.
