quick story. My partner in forwards takes a shot right outside the 18 i rush for a rebound it pings off the upright the goalie is down i take a shot from left of the pk dot and hit the goalie who had just then turned into a very small tornado of flailing appendages.

my favorite saves are when everything just seems to slow down to the point where you feel like you have all day to make the save. you can see the ball rotating in the air and it feels like you're floating for minutes as you extension dive to knock the ball away at the last second. LOVE IT!

I love the feeling of pulling off an amazing save, it's so much more satisfying than scoring a goal. It's even better when you later play it off like it was nothing.

These guys are legends, they inspire me to keep playing.

the feeling when you do a major reflex save or make an amazing dive, thats what keeps me in goal. it makes all of the pressure i put myself under worth while. and when you're a 15 year old girl, its kind of cool to be called crazy by grown men :)
