  • These guys are great, but can you imagine how awesome they'd be if Jim Morrison was their singer?

  • YES, FUCK YES!

  • This is a really good song! i heard it from a bmx video(Kink Jetlagged)

  • Why is all the footage Chinese? Cool song though

  • @sdogg7nz because it was the vietnam war! duh! :)

  • i spend my time there by the shore

  • this video cilp BAN from CCP china great firewall of communist because of TRUE history, inside of the chinese primary school have the simplify Chinese characteristics history book this history is disappear!

  • Amazing song. This band is really unique. When I first heard them playing in a bar, I thought "This is what I've been searching all my life."

  • I can't describe this music any other way than orgasmic.

  • it took me FOREVER to find a band like this. i acctually researched for a month before i found these guy's. about 2 years maybe less, i came across this song. and i fell in love. id give anything to see em live but i live in georgia and it'd be a bitch gettin to texas.

  • @064panik state of georgia in USA or georgia that russians bombed? i'm from ukraine here

  • @adognido naa man the usa. though i hate my country (is that wrong?)

  • @064panik well, many people all over the world want to emigrate to usa, hating their countries... still the differience between countries and governments is negligible

  • @adognido be the change you want to see in your country

  • @064panik Nope, the USA sucks dick now. It was 'alright' (And I use that loosely) up until 1913.

  • @064panik: No, that's not wrong. I am from Denmark and I despise my country. You are a bit luckier, my friend!

  • @064panik You hate America in general or the Federal Goverment??

If its the Federal Goverment I can understant that being a Gerogian and all.

  • @thebritish25 i hate my government for legit reasons.. we invade areas like the middle east and we dont expect retaliation, which is why we search children for bombs at airports. our modern judicial system has been corrupted to such an extent that its sickening. we look down on homosexuals and anyone who follows any other religion besides Christianity. more people are in prison for possession of marijuana then rapists, murderers, exc. in my personal view my country is the scum of the earth

  • @064panik Definitely see them live if you ever get the chance. I got to see them here in Dallas last week in a concert venue the size of my backyard. It was truly an experience.

  • @064panik same story here, man)) I'm from ukraine too by the way))

  • @064panik they played b'ham in november.

  • @064panik

    I live in Georgia, too.

We can split the gas :P

  • @Noa4h that's some woodstock shit lol

  • @064panik They're worth the drive mate. Just saw them in Toronto, Canada on Halloween 2010. Sick band.

  • @064panik dude, they're coming to atl april 1st

  • @064panik Brian Jonestown Massacre is another good group to check out. They dont have the grittiness of the Black Angels, but they are a good band with a throwback sound and vibe

  • @064panik they tour around everywhere...i just missed seeing them in cleveland for only $14. Heard it was epic though

  • @064panik Have you had the opportunity to see them live yet? I have and they were amazing. They didn't do this song, but it was still an awesome show.

  • @064panik Im goin to coachella and seein them! >:D

  • WHY DOES THIS SONG FELLATE MAN!

  • @LeatherWolf1984 I agree that that is how our soldiers were treated after the Viet Nam War. However, what they appear to mean is that the Viet Nam War was the First Viet Nam War. The song is really about Iraq and Afghanistan, which they are implying is the 2nd Viet Nam War. And, judging from our successes there (well, at least in Iraq), I think the premise of the song is misguided. It's their viewpoint, though, and takes nothing away from the fact that this is a fantastic band.

  • @CelticDeathKIA I see it more as using Vietnam as an example of a bleeding war which is what Iraq has become. We have really accomplished very little aside from plummeting a nation into near civil war for little reason. They are basically speaking out against the idea of continuing this war and taking the lives of more young men that really didn't need to be there in the first place. Vietnam is being used as a metaphor not an analogy.

  • @LeatherWolf1984 alright 1. iraq is over and two where helped them over throw a evil dictator it WAS a war desinated to punish the talaban out of the region and after that we where a securtiy while they stablized there countries goverment until eventually they abused our help so we where like fine SEEYA! and left, the funny thing is that the soidgers that where in iraq are just going to afganastan which is the real shit hole where the real war is...

  • @mufinbutter Just because one chooses to bury one's head in the sand made out of soothing cable tv/CENTCOM/White house narratives, doesn't mean the war is over. I guess asking an Iraqi who of his family got bombed to bits is beyond your altruism (after all, the whole 'evil dictator' idiocy exists solely so you can feel good about yourself), but ask an American mother who just last week got her boy back in a metal crate where the shooting is. 'New Dawn' works only on vampires.

  • @LeatherWolf1984 oh and by the way. afganastan is a serious war and no polotic would bring us to war for NOTHING as you claim just to be hated

  • @mufinbutter I never said Afghanistan wasn't a real war nore did I say that it wasn't serious. In fact that is the one conflict that I feel should have taken priority over Iraq. I don't know what you're reading but the war in Iraq is far from over, were gonna be there until 2014 at the earliest and there was no real Taliban influence in Iraq. We also helped Sadam gain power in the first place, we have a pattern of doing that in that region (Iron in the 1950's is a good example of that).

  • @LeatherWolf1984 wow, your like, really smart lol (not being sarcastic) or maybe im just dumb

  • @LeatherWolf1984 You think Gretchen from Fox & Friends will find the correct definition of "analogy" when she types it into her Google? :)

Other than that, I second your post wholeheartedly. And have two "-stans" to add to Iraq.

  • If you like these guys check out Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

  • the song is first vietnamese war and the clip is about China

    just wanna point out something

  • Lyrically a little misguided, but still a good beat. You can dance to it.

  • @CelticDeathKIA How so, I didn't really hear anything in this song that sounded misguided. Many men were basically sent there to die and the ones that returned were treated like scum. There where a large amount of people that didn't care what these guy's saw (the horrors of guerrilla warfare the savage death of friends) they just called them baby killers and spit in there faces.

  • I'm a bass player that bass line is totally wicked. reminds me of Lucious jacksons bass player . Texas Born and raised

  • wow I didn't know who they were before seeing a video of the photographer chase jarvis... they're AWESOME!

  • Mao Tse Tung was never that tall, you can tell where he's standing on something inside or behind his pants in the picture..

  • gives me goosebumps and is so psychedelic i love it. prob my fav song by the black angels even tho it changes all the time lol. Prob my fav band since oasis broke up.

  • wow, great video to match great song.

  • badass!

  • I recommend Philip Caputo's book "A Rumor of War." It tells his experience in Vietnam. Really good book, starts a little slow the first two chapters but picks up in chapter three.

  • wicked song

  • sick tight fresh.

  • these guys are awesome ive been introducing every one i can to them there like our modern day doors actually sound alot like them in alot of there songs

  • Fuckin quality band , ma fave song.... saw the band live in the 02 Academy, Glasgow , Scotland....... were amazin, although the crowd were rather quiet, the greatness of the band isn't mainstream (yet) so dont blame n e 1 who was listenin for first time!! Hope the band are back in festival season....met the lead guitarist n he was brand new...told him he should play T in the park...the best festival on the planet!!! think they're up 4 it!! Got his signature on ma passport as a had nae paper..

  • I hate the mainstream...not a radio-friendly person. I hate bands that get constant radio play and not give others the chance...agree?

  • Agree;

and I hasten to add that - those bands aren't even half as good as Black Angels!

  • what album

  • Passover

  • @adognido This was actually a single.

  • Alot of killing and dieying, and no one seems to care! Love this song

  • I'd kill for the Black Angels.

  • Why isn't this song on the fuckin' radio, mtv,vh1, talk about a crime!

  • I'm saying like them...FUCK THE MAINSTREAM!

    CORPORAL, GREEDY ASSHOLES!

Sorry, not directing it towards you, just stating my opinion.

  • bcuz all of that stuff sucks and the lack angels are too good for that

  • Nickelback and Creed , Bon Jovi, Rob Thomas, Foo-fighters,JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE !? Gimme a break , your absolutely right, Mr. Chubby..same reason Rage Against the Machine don't get on the radio.

  • @barneygoogled rage against the machine is on the radio all the time.... please...

  • @destroyourselves well,...not on my easy-listening channel it's not...thank you...maybe you're mistaking your cd player for a radio..it's got a little switch on the side...cd/tape/radio..maybe you were thinking you just got lucky and that RATM was a radio staion, "Welcome to WRAT, where we play ratm all day, all year long.."..might want to also check your 'repeat' button..your'e welcome..

  • @barneygoogled ..right... i don't own or listen to "RATM" so i'm sure that's not the problem. they work for sony. they are on the radio. figure it out.

  • @destroyourselves so I can have my people get hold of their people through the good people at WSONY? Or Ksony..THAT sounds vietnamese..What I'm really wanting to know is if RATM got anger management treatment would they change their name to whine against the machine?..Can you figure that out for me?..thanks

  • @barneygoogled rage against the machine is on the radio all the time, and they suck

  • @RedneckMonkey762 these people dont suck thoooo

  • @livetoskate1992 i know these guys rock hard

  • @barneygoogled cause they would ruin it

  • @barneygoogled because all those things are for shitty, fake, sellout bands that have no soul or real taste in music, the black angels are too good for that corporate shit

  • @barneygoogled because its too good!

  • @barneygoogled radio listener!!! grow down

  • @cuntpunter35 I loved Alice in Wonderland...R.E.M. had a line about radio listeners, can't remember the name of that tune, had a rapper innit..I think the album was orange..I heard this song from a movie sound-track, think it had Kevin Bacon innit, the movie kinda sucked, but not as bad as the Bacon Brothers Band..no surprise they never made it on the radio..

  • @barneygoogled casue they only play shitty music...its in there contract with the devil

  • @helloimtom100 Musta been what Nostradamus was talkin' about when he predicted the rise and fall of western civilization ...he tuned into 21st radio and heard Michael Bolton and Celine Dion..."My ears, they bleed ! Momma mia !"

  • @barneygoogled

This band is so good it would be a crime to put it on vh1.

Who watches mtv/vh1 anyway anymore? Our listening pleasure doesn't depend on corporate faggots anymore. We have the technology. Rejoice!

  • @28g34ajbsd Rejoice ! Hark the herald black angels sing !..right, they've taken the music out of mtv and vh1, should play the real wives of new jersey on there while they're at it...thank god for the tube of you...E Tuberus Unum ; )

  • you came into our homes

    and you took our kids,

and you ask for more now,

    for this new war.
