I don't like to see this dispute among fans. I personally love all three of these things.

DBZ was like the base for all fighting like anime, it was super cool when it was first shown at it still is, it was about power and strength.

Naruto was not necessarily about power and strength as that's not what ninjas are about. It was strategy and cunning and an anime that was similar to DBZ but in a different light.

Tekken is just cool for it's originality, various races and beauty amongst characters
