for any other reason than the most vile abuse. In other words people seen to believe that if a woman kills her husband he must deserve it and always when a man kills his wife he is just a monster. I think that both Matthew and Mary were pressured to stay in a marriage that was falling apart. I think this pressure became overwhelming for her and she snapped. I think they tied to make it work and when he became a preacher the pressure was on even more because it would have been a bit of a scandle if they divorced. it would have set a bad example in the church. I live in the town right next to the one where this happened. They both went to school here. FreedHardeman university is a Church of christ college. Kids who got to that college are pretty much expected to find there future husbands and wives there. There is peer pressure to get married and divorce is very frowned upon. Most of the students that go there have lived very sheltered lives with strict christian up bringings. i think that Matthew and Mary got married too young and had marital.......

Where is the reasonable doubt for Mary's accusation that her husband was abusive? Where is his due process and presumption of innocence? Because he was born with a penis, he (like all of us men) was presumed guilty and convicted of being abusive, then his murder was considered an after-the-fact death-penalty for his "crime" of being a penis-bearer. Mary Winkler murdered her husband first. Then the jury committed his final murder without bringing him any justice what so ever. You are 100% right men are guilty as charged her word over his anytime without doubt. Women don't pay for their own crimes men do regardless if it is murders like Mary Winkler to sex with minors like Debra Lafave. Bottom line Mary Winkler is a murderer and so is the jury who let her walk.

To let the murderer walk is one thing, but then to go and abuse and defame the man's memory without proof, to promulgate Mary's lies about him being abusive is beyond the pale. My anger toward this sort of injustice is especially personal, having been falsely charged in the past by a girl who attacked me, only to be, myself, arrested and charged with assault.
