can do this run if ive beaten the game 12 times in another save but do it again on Big Boss Extreme with all my equipment from my last game? I know not to use stealth and bandana but i have the Miltia Costumes and the Otacon face camo for the Europe mission
@ChildBeyondTheWall Equip ration/noodles/regain, stand in front of militia, wait for a prompt to appear, the prompt shows snake giving a ration to someone and has the Triangle button on it, so press triangle.
@16coreprocessor23 Whenever you don't know if it's safe to just move, lay down and use octocamo while crawling slowly. Use your solid eye and see if there are no white dots in it. If not, then you should rush it down. But remember in wide open spaces, don't trust your solid eye that much since snipers may not always appear on the radar because they might be far away, and still spot you. In that case you can use nighvision. Hold up PMCs for ammo. Throwdown is your best option to stun in BBE.

You don't have to sprint through the game, but I don't recommend you looking for weapons around the map (unless they're in your route), maybe sometimes when you need ammo you can stop and look for a PMC, but don't waste a lot of time doing things that will just stop you from finishing faster if it's unnecessary.
Man oh man, the beginning warzone is always a bitch to get through undetected. I've had to practice about 20 times over just to plot out a feasible path. One of the stupid failures I've had before is I was hiding in the drum can at the corner of a building on ground level. PMC's look around the corner, coast is clear, except for me. They run *right* into my freaking drum; BOOM, ALERT! lol
@countumga Try not to stay in one place for a long time, moving around all the time will make it easier for you to be undetected. Besides, you're running against the clock, so there's no time to hide. Sneak out.
when im fighting with meryl and her team and i die and then save real quick and then go to the main menu and load will it be at the end of the act a continue
Yes there will be a continue. Because continuing is like going to a checkpoint. What I mean is as long as you don't go to another checkpoint and then save, you are ok.
@solidbeaver i know beaver, your right though. its a good guide, if you wanna see perfect though i would search the speed runs a guy named Mojsac or something makes the game look like childs play
you should complete the game one time get every facecamo, costumes, & batteries so when you do this emblem put on the laughing octopus facecamo for more camo. & when it comes to mission briefings you dont have 2 waste time raming every body for famecamos
The point of this walkthrough was to show how to get the BBE starting from a NEW save file. The hardest way to get I'd say. For people looking for real challenges. But right, You can get it easier if you begin a "New Game +". Also, at Act 4 in Crying Wolf's battle I got all the batteries so I could last more time in the snowfield. But that's all I did.
Yes, try not to hit any of the frogs, in fact, try hitting the doll, if you do all the frogs will be free from control, so try hitting them fast. Btw, I finished to walktrhough yesterday, so you can either see the mantis fight right now or continue with part 4. I think mantis is part 23.
This is not really a speedrun, I just have to beat it under 5 hours, the game is really short. Ya when part 7 is uploaded you'll see me putting some mosin nagant justice on the PMCs. I dont know if youve noticed but I accidentally deleted from part 1-7...
Should of shot those bombs with a machine gun :P

@Pena1003 if you complete the game in under 5 hours, no kills, no alerts, no stealth and no deaths, u get the big boss emblem
