Is there a heart rate wrist watch that gives CONTINUOS heart rate / calorie burning measurement on the display without a chest strap?

Ha ha ha ha. Its so true!! With this little monitor I have become a maths bore with all my figures I write down after my runs. But my fitness has improved so much since I purchased it. Great investment. Thanks for the review brother.

I have one, and I love it. It's amazing how many calories you burn doing housework and stuff.
Makes my manboobs feel funny at the gym though.

First of all, if you're only topping out at 70, then you're not getting enough of a workout on your videos! Secondly, my high numbers are worthy of myocardial infarction--I'd take your numbers any day!!

Thanks for posting this info. I was looking at heart monitors today and was getting a bit overwhelmed. I agree on keeping things simple. BTW.. I tried to buy a kettlebell tonight but they were SOLD OUT of the 15 pounder! They say they go fast. And you have no clue what we women go through with anything, who are you kidding???? ;-)
