The taste test was thoughtfully designed. I liked the chefs pitching their product and the critique discussion while eating the burgers. The total burger experience though requires great fries and beer or pale ale. Fresh cut fries are the best.

They should not have performed the taste test at Carmines, one of the contestants. It is especially bad since Carmines won. That is just hinky. It should have been done at a neutral location. I like the burgers and beer selections at Kumas Corner, 2900 W. Belmont Ave.
