I truly love how console gamers talk about whats "better" when they dont even know how any of this shit works. There is a PC compatible XBOX360 controller. The purpose of playing on a PC is the high amount of detail. XBOX is the least powerful of PS3 and a fire breathing PC. If you know anything about computer hardware, you would quickly understand that in performance, PS3 stomps 360's guts out. 360 uses Dual layer discs. PS3 uses blu-ray. If theres anything you dont understand, google it.
