actually there is a canadian mll team now in toronto but thats not the point... look up the world lacrosse championship on wikipedia for a full list of countries but there main rival is Canada and they also Australia, Japan and the Iroquois Nation are really good

My school was just introduced to lacrosse this year (I'm in highschool) I'm sure if all highschools were introduced to this sport in america and it became a bigger thing, our teams would dominate yours.
