Well its not 100% but with these facts it hard not to belive it.1 he gave up the highest pay day just to not take a blood test..2 he was only willing to take a test were he would have a window to cheat like 30 days before the fight.3 he made up an absured lie that he was scared of needles so u wouldnt take the test but we all kno he has tattoos..4 his camp send floyds camp messages asking wat would be the penalty if he did test positive before the fight and if he did if they could keep it silent

Cotto's size is pretty much the same with Manny Pacquiao now. Cotto's 0.5 inch taller, same reach at 67inches, and both shouldn't be far from 145lbs wt.
