i need brakes for my 510, too. i want to make a hub or hub mod that will allow me to mount some 79-85 Z car front rotors to my 510 (-U0525 struts) wheel bearings. haven't decided on calipers yet. i sure like the robustness of the kodiak 2.5" single-piston calipers- but wondering if my welder can make them work. they're trailer brakes and 2.5" doesn't sound like much but they are BIG.

the L20B: strong as an anvil and used in nissan motor corp. of america vehicles as follows: 74-79 620 pickup trucks, 74-76 610's and 710's, 77-79 200SX's, 77-79 A10 (510), and finally in the 1980 720 pickup truck. that's mainly where they came from. first-generation (U60) blocks, rods, and cranks are preferred for racing or severe duty. with proper fuel system/induction, pistons, and cylinder sealing they can make well over 100bhp per liter for street use. it's actually a P510...
