  • I remember watching this add often as a toddler, since this was on a movie I liked and I didn't know how to fastforward. I'm glad I did, since it pushed me to watch this movie and... well... change forever. :)

  • Many rumors flying around over the year's was that Disney at the time did not make PG rated films, but that is not true. Micheal Eisner, the then CEO and President of The Walt Disney Company found the film to be 'too dark for kids' and had it moved to Touchstone. In October 2006, the film will be re-released in 3-D...Under the Walt Disney Pictures banner."

  • Here's a fact from imdb-dot-com: "The teaser trailer tells us that the film was originally produced by the major Disney division, playing the movie heavily as the next generation of filmmaking. By the time the theatrical trailer was released, the production team had changed (Touchstone Pictures, which is itself a division of Disney), and the comparisons to Walt Disney as the new great animator are gone.
