Pretty fucking hilariously done in the anime, they just had better animation abilities this time, but this parallel is obviously just as hilarious in more ways, since, while Enel counteracts with several attacks getting around this weakness & still gets owned by Luffy, Ussop fails entirely as she gets around it until he turns it around.
