We sang this on the last night of the mission trip I was on, and by the end of the song, everyone was crying. It made me think of My depression and anorexia. Now Because of this song, I have a new life.
this song is sung at Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp on the last night of camp. It always makes me me cry! I have been going to this camp for 13 years since I was 16 years old. I'm now 26. Due to my wheelchair and physical needs not many other camps would work for me.It's a place for kids and adults with physical and mental differences. It gives us, the campers the ability to be able to go to camp like any other person. notice I didn't say normal? because no one is!
This is a good one when we need to uplift ourself, each other and forgive. It makes me think of my loved ones who have passed from view . Thank you for sharing this so freely for us all. I have heard Elaine play in concert. Check out your local science of mind,ancient wisdom/new thought centers for her shows.
@j9ai Your message moved me. My brother has a son with emotional issues. I see the struggles they go through but they love him so much and he brings them great joy. He has a special light that I'm sure your son has as well. I wish both of you great happiness!
this is almost the exact same song that were singing for our middle school choir of 150 kids. :) only difference is that on " loving " during 0:36 - 0:38 we dont hold it.
