  • THAT LITTLE KANGAROO LOOKING THING JUST GOT... OH..

DAMN NATURE YOU NOT SO SCARY!?

  • Boing boing boing boing hehe fuck you cobba!

  • uhh why didn't the wallaby die?

  • ha..and ur just standing there holding a camera..xD

  • kurva anyád te geci róka

  • everybody was kung fu fighting * hoyyuhhh*

  • WTF, usually foxes only catch animals much smaller than themselves. I know that kangaroos shouldn't be messed with, they can cut you pretty bad, so I'm surprised this wallaby didn't seem to put up much of a fight. The fox must have had success before to even attempt this.

  • Holy shit.. i would have captured both to live in my backyard.

  • You could say the wallaby bounced back at the end!! haha

  • Invisible pogo stick...lol

  • Great video . Right place at the right time

  • that was a little more then a bite lol

  • After some search on internet, they say fox catches animal for fun if there not hungry. I guess that's what happened.

  • wow da fox is a total BUM!!

  • I woulda broke that little fuckers neck...

  • I KNEW I saw this footage on youtube first....I just saw this vid again on you tube.

  • Awww the poor wallaby! I'm so glad it got away in one piece... must of hurt a hell of a lot though. damn fox.

  • aww wallabies are so cute...

  • its like the duck who played dead and got away from the dog :)

  • nice move for the fox!

  • That was horrible to watch. What sane person would not have scared the fox off?

  • @MollyMate1 why scare it off? and if itwas horrible from the beggining why did you continue to watch it

  • @MollyMate1 same reason why wildlife photographers don't interfere with what they photograph. let nature takes its course.

  • @fuchion15

Its not natural, they are introduced species and should basically be killed on sight, they (along with others like cats) have caused many Australian animals found no where else to become extinct.

  • @MollyMate1 One that appreciates the simple fact that the fox needed to eat.

  • @Cybertoco im with you man!

  • haha! that wallaby just gets right back up and bounces away like nothing happened...what a pimp

  • THAT'S SO CRAZY!

  • For those using the excuse that Foxes aren't native to Australia and hence should be taken care of...

Have you looked at yourself? The vast MAJORITY of Australians are not native to Australia (European People). With that same logic, you are not native to the land, and perhaps nature should take care of you

  • @skaterbasist

So you are saying the unnatural invasive species should just simply dominate the native populations? That mindset represents everything that is wrong with your country.

  • @skaterbasist

LOL what a stupid argument, no humans are native to anywhere but Africa, are you suggesting the whole world should move back there?

  • happy end :)

  • Isn't that some sort of Kangaroo?

  • face it the fox is here to stay there is no way to get rid of them just like theres no way of getting rid of feral cats and rabbits

the only thing we can do is hope that the majority of native species learn to cope with them and the ones that cant well thats what zoos and wild life sanctuarys are for

  • still it don't hurt to push back the tide with a few .223s

  • I like how the Wallaby "played dead" and then the fox was surprised when it got up and wallabied off! Nature at its best.

  • its not natural for a fox to be in Aus they kill all the native animals that have evolved to survive around eachother. Nature at it's finest? bullshit.

  • Why do people write about 'helping' one animal or another. THIS IS NATURE! It does not need help. It does just what it is supposed to do.

  • He's got a point. what happened in this video is actually nature at its finest and cruelest. humanity should just take a step back and let nature run its course. all the fox is trying to do is kill for a meal. nothing more. the fox isn't killing for sport like we humans do. its killing to survive.

  • foxes are pests in austrailia, they were brought in from Britain are destroying the native wildlife. This is a problem cause by human intervention that we should address.

  • All the people who say "Why didn't you save the wallaby?" obviously don't know how tempermental those things are. Handling a wallaby is not like handling a baby bird or maybe a stray cat. They can seriously injure a human and attempting to help one is probably the stupidest thing to do in that situation.

  • You can easily help the wallaby. Just throw rocks their way, make loud noises or charge them without getting too close. That would make both run away.

  • True, I didn't think about that. :)

Ah well, I would let the fox have its meal anyway.

  • same here, besides it isn't like it was attacking a human.

  • @Michellerooster6 : But yeah. Would b really stupid getting right next to it. Specially when its panicking and fearing for its life.

  • hate to be a downer but that wallaby probably died a slow death from its injuries :(

Controlling fox's can be a catch 22, due to thier diet which consists primarily of Feral rabbits and mice then sheep then native animals. They help to keep feral rabbits and feral cats under control, both of which have devestating effects on the populations of native wildlife. So if you want to get rid of foxes you need to target rabbits and cats aswell. all very hard things to do.

    Amazing vid!

  • I agree with you so much, but did you say "get rid of foxes"? As a pest or in general. Remember foxes have to eat too and he was probably hungry. That wallaby was just the first thing he saw. :3

  • Nah, animal would easily heal of that.

  • lucky walaby i thought that it was all over.

  • Go skippy :-) Wow,I didnt think fox would tackle a creature as big as a wallaby, thanks for the clip.

  • and that is why folks, Australians HATE foxes.

  • kill this rat

  • There are alot of non-native animals in Australia; foxes, deer, wild horses, feral goats, pigs, rabbits, cats, toads, white men.

  • @CanadiaNecro1 White man are the worst of them. lol

  • Non-native animals...Australian whites...

    Yes, of course...

  • @CanadiaNecro1 the last one is a global problem. lol

  • @CanadiaNecro1 white men? haha, thas too funny!

  • @CanadiaNecro1 lol white men

  • @CanadiaNecro1 and french people, niggers and cows

  • @wileyisme thats not a good word to use.

  • @lubui2583 what cows what is another word.

  • @CanadiaNecro1 don't forget camels

  • @CanadiaNecro1 Um... Wild Horses live in Australiathey are native, the Brumbies are Wild Horses and that is where they live

  • Comment removed

  • Respond to this video... brumbies are introduced horses who ran away , lived wild and bred.they do live wild in groups, but are not native, as they were introduced with the 1st european settlers.

  • @liebestandarte88 Really, I didn't know that ? No crap they were introduced but now they are native no where else have the been introduced as a Wild Horse.

  • @horsesaremylife31899

no! they havnt become native....that cant happen.

they are ferral and even the wild ones are ferrel.

  • @horsesaremylife31899

no...native means they originally came from here.

wild horses and other ''introduced species'' whether they born here or not, are still and will always be vferral!

its like saying if a white man who was born in australia makes him a native...that isnt true and just cant happen.

  • @CanadiaNecro1 and white women!

  • @CanadiaNecro1 You forgot to mention black men :)

  • @CanadiaNecro1

    Men in general.

  • I didn't know there were foxes in Australia.

  • the foxes were brought by the british. but they became a huge problem

  • Why didn't you rescue the wallaby?

  • that should have just kicked it when it was downed cos the rear legs were in a perfect position it would have sent it flying the power those things kick with it got free tho without kicking the fox i thought it was going to be killed it at one point

  • haha that is hilarious! fair play one hungry fox, or protecting cubs

  • I think it might've been a fox with pubs nearby and was just beating the hell out of that Wallaby to send a message.

  • Vixens don't always fight to protect cubs. Typically, they'll lead an animal away from the den, lose the predator and return to the den without the tracking animal. HOWEVER! It's quite possible here. But if you watch, the fox was herding the wallaby from the side, preparing for a pounce. Foxes take down whatever they can when they're hungry. Wallaby, watch yourself! lol

  • @KitWriter

-.- i ment to put a thumbs up.... stupid mouse of mine... hope a fox eats it

  • LOL it's alright! Hey, it wouldn't be the first time I got a thumbs down, lmao. At least you don't have a wallaby attached to your computer, heh.

  • it's crude. i like it!

for more animal fights click my channel.

  • Dude shut the hell up! Foxes are beautiful animals.. and hes trying to hunt, just like every other animal..

  • ...ok? i guess that shows how smart you are.. =/ is there a reason to why you hate foxes? If so.. why are you sitting here watching videos on them?

  • Well said. Maybe he just hates furries - maybe he IS one and a fox ran off with his girl. Maybe he was outsmarted by one on one-too-many hunting trips. Maybe Phileustace was raised by parents who had a chicken farm... but no matter what his problem is with foxes, WHY is he sitting here watching videos on them? Well stated, Arctic. :D. You get a 'thumbs up'.

  • Agreed. I hunt but a fox is one animal I will never shoot and don't understand why people see a need to throw down on one.

  • i could name more than a thusand anymanls that dont hunt. but foxes are cool :D

  • Poor fox, it missed it's breakfast...

  • i hate it you are not that smart you should of saved it geez

  • That fox should be shot.

  • WHY?

  • It must have been startled by a car that was coming.. Great footage man 5/5 ! To bad the fox didn't get it's food.

  • i would think the walabe would be faster or like box him lol

  • messed up but it is a way of life

  • happy to see the wllaby alive

    sab by the fox dinner

    ;)

    lol

  • what is the difference bettween a kangaroo and a wallaby?

  • Kangaroos are indefinitely bigger then wallabies. Roos have more height from their legs, thats so they can get away with much speed on open terrain. Wallabies have much more smaller, compacted legs for the mountain/forest terrain.

  • wallabys are smaller

  • agree again!

  • FUCK U!!!!! EVERYBODY IS FULL OF SHIT!

  • so is your face.

  • lol

    agree!

  • AAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!

  • that was a fast easy take down... id ont understand why the fox didnt kill it for food, could have the way he had it

  • foxes are really problem in australia

    no native home :(

    sorry for bad english

  • This kind of conduct is not unusual for an older male fox, any farm hand will tell you of the extremes a sly old fox will go to in order to get a meal. Lucky for this wallaby he kicked the fox away before it got him off the road.

This video hi lights the need for better fox controls in oz, before our already bad extinction record gets worse!

For all those fox lovers, sorry guys but in australia we cannot accomidate the fox.

Our only option is to shoot, trap and poison them b4 its 2 late.

  • definitely NOT poisoning

poisoning is a major killer of the native predators (goanna's, etc...) it destroys waterways also if a poisoned animal dies near them (poisoning the animals that drink from there)

  • Wow, that's unusual. Foxes are typically scavengers, occasionally catching small game like rabbits and groundhogs, etc.

Great timing, but still, a pretty horrible thing to watch.

  • what the **** is a wallaby? it looks just like a kangaroo!

  • i agree

  • i love foxes! but i do think its terrible what they're doing to the wildlife in australia, and although i really don't like it, they need to be gotten rid of! :(

i don't like people who say they hate foxes because of what they're doing in australia, it's not they're fault they're there! they can't damn well swim away can they?

the weird thing is, dingos are treated in some places quite similarly to foxes, as pests, and they're NATIVE!

    people hate sharing with predators.

  • mate, dingoes arn't native

  • Sorry to burst ur bubble stimpy but dingoes are not native. They were introduced by the aboriginals a few thousand years ago and have been the main cause for the extinction of other native predators off the mainland of australia such as the thylacine (tasmanian tiger).

Nowadays the dingoes breed with domesticated or feral dogs and are no longer the same breed but rather a mixed wild dog.

So you are encouraged to shoot all dingoes, except those on fraser island.

    some usless info for ya

  • to sad

  • damn! banged on his ass!

  • omg, so brutal, poor wallaby :(

  • That fox is either starving or has got some real balls.

  • Mate, what incredible footage, i did'nt think fox's could take down a wallaby, I love fox shooting, even more now.

  • poor wallaby :(

  • That's crazy stuff!..

I once saw a fox run across the road with an un-opened packet of chips in it's mouth.

    Very funny

  • I don't like the taste of wallaby either.

  • theres something you don't see everyday lol Too bad the fox lost it's meal I wonder what spooked it? That was a quick catch.

  • pretty impressive, did someone scare it? is that why the fox let go?

  • proberlly heard a car

  • Maybe it's jaws were not strong enough to handle such large prey. Too bad the Thylacine is extinct.

  • omg I have never seen such a thing! Scary. Foxes are such a menace in Aus.

  • why couldnt a b double come round the corner and plough through both of them?

  • ah, nature.

  • lucky little bugger!

  • Comment removed

  • good vid! these will teach those idiots that think foxes are cute and want to save them!

  • Excellent footage.... this is what the greenies don't want/refuse to see. Well done!

  • must of been a hungry fox going after wallaby

  • do they allow trapping in australia because i need some fox to trap

  • i hate the poms for brining the foxes to australia so fox hunting should continue

  • i thought the wallaby was dead for a sec cuz the fox was dragging it

  • dang

  • Foxes are ruining native Australian wildlife, but they brought them there for hunting. Looks like Australia kicked themselves in the nuts on this one. (No offense to Australians or fox lovers) Still...the wallaby there seems to be doing okay for itself lol.

  • wallabies go hard mate, and a full grown roo is quite capable of gutting a grown human ( they have done many times ). and it wasnt us that brought the foxes.... and rabbits.... and pigs...... and cane toads.....it was the english ( which most of us regard as seperate race now )

  • I would kill any fox I saw. Damn I own a half dingo/autralian cattle dog. I love the australian people. Are wallabies good to eat?

  • dont know anyone thats eaten a wallably ( im not sure were allowed to eat wallaby, i know certain species are endangered ) but plenty of people eat kangaroo.personally though i'd rather eat a boiled anus than kangaroo i dont think they taste too crash hot at all ;)

  • hey! Don't say that you fox hater! Foxes are wonderful animals! You seem like you want to hunt every last one of them!

  • Australians didnt bring foxes here........... the british did. We didnt kick anyone in the nuts, We should go kick the british though.

  • yaaaaay fox's are making a comeback!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, the feral foxes have pretty much taken over London these days too. Something like 50 foxes now for every square mile. They now operate most of the fast food places, seedier pubs 'n tea shoppes, banks, and are now running for Parliament! They're trying to take us down from the inside!! lol :D

  • Feral Fox and Cats are a serious problem down under and both were imported to that country. They both raise hell with many species there, along with feral hogs, we have that problem too. I agree they should be killed. I was researching the Bridled Nailtail Wallaby and how those feral animals have really harmed these small Wallabies. I'm glad it got away.

  • oh so now there in your country means they just have to die out, tht is sick

you cant blame foxes if you took them there!

tis your countrys fault not the foxes

  • what you mean theyve made a mess downunder?

    foxes have to live too!

  • Not in this country they dont have to live! They are Feral. Its humans fault they are here and its our reposivbility to shoot as many as possible in Australia. Feral Cats are worse. 11 million of em!

  • foxes are beautiful, but its a shame they brought them here :(

Humans(what else is new??) are the ones to blame...

  • owned...wallabe gave him a kick into the nuts

  • omg he got it down then he runs away and so does the wallaby lol lmao rofl

  • Foxes are there because its our fault. Blame us, not the fox, its only doing what it does naturaly.

  • fuck the rat, it got owned

  • all you country hicks are biast.lol

    that wallaby just got pwned.

the wallaby acted all tuff insulting the fox's mother so the fox pined 'em down in the road 'til he said uncle

he had to say it soon or the wallaby would be squished while the quick fox doged and laghfed

  • would have been good to see the wallaby get its claw in and take out half the bloody foxes guts the only good fox is a dead one

  • foxes are awsome that is why they are dangerous

  • In a foxes lifetime it will kill on average 40 sheep. They are destructive and will even kill a baby lamb when their not hungry. Thats the type of animal they are. I love whistling them in

  • They will also bury said lamb and come back to it later. Also, on average, how many animals does your fat ass eat in a lifetime?

I'm no vegetarian but shit, don't pull that hypocritical bullshit about foxes eating animals when you do the same. Dumbass.

  • this just goes to show why foxes are nuisence, imagine how many of the poor old farmers sheep this fox has killed before it tries to attack something like that

  • foxes can`t kill sheep.sheep are too big

  • i reckon it would be as lot easier to take down a sheep, especially a lamb, than a wallaby

  • damn arent foxes an introduced species? Fucking damn things. Thats why we have hounds and terriers!!

  • fuck you foxes are awsome

  • fuck you u dick i run em over when i see em. long live wallabys and wombats and koalas not the fucking feral fox. go fuck a cane toad you moron..

  • calm down, dam...

  • actually its humans like you that aren't introduced species.

  • foxes are awesome..cousins of the wolf...wolfs are rivals of the tiger..and every big cat is a god along with the dog family

  • Great video mate, bloody foxes.

  • I hate foxes!

List of European animals destroying native wildlife:

    -European Carp

    -Fox

    -Rabbit

    -Hare

    -Red Fin (European Perch)

  • hiya

carp are from asia, other of this kinds r beautiful animals but i understand your frustration

  • That's wierd, why are they called the "European" Carp?

They are in Europe to aren't they.

BTW, they r also called Common Carp.

  • Oh man attack of the Rabbits

proof that jumpin in a straight line is not means of fast escape

  • You forgot 'man'.

  • Ha ha, very funny, dickhead.

  • BTW that was directed at LeighPing.

  • Direct it in the right box then Einstein.

  • I did, mate. It just did that funny thing where it just goes to the top.

  • <:)

  • yes, let's all hate animals that do what nature intended. Oh wait, that must mean you hate yourself, because you eat plants, animals, fruit. destroy natural habitats for your roads and for your house. Yeah, fuck off.

  • Foxes are fucking up Australia's eco system. I like native Australian animals, that's why i dislike foxes.
