Radiation levels were discussed on TV as being a reason no one could go to the moon, yet the shuttle and space station astronauts are regularly in space.
Wrong they are not in space they (the Shuttle & "Space station") are in Earth geosynchronous orbit. At about 200 miles out they are well below the Van Allen radiation belts.
No man has went to the Moon and returned back to Earth.
