Question. If I am already running Windows 7 in my Parallels desktop in OSX can I also add Linux to my Parallels desktop? Thanks. I've been searching on Google but cannot find an answer. I'm pretty sure I can do this but wanted a second opinion first.
@KnowYourMac Awesome and thank you! One more question if you wouldn't mind and I do apologize. Ok so if I download Ubuntu and install it in my Parallels what are the chances that it will mess up my Win7. I ask because it's finals week on Mon and would die if I lost my Win7 or anything in it, like Visual Basic and all of the important programs in Win7? Sorry to ask. I'm a computer science major but still ask others before potentially risky installations.Just can't afford to mess up my 7.
@alwayson09 I really don't think it will cause any problems, the different operating systems are kept in different files so it won't even interact with Windows 7. If you REALLY want to be sure nothing goes wrong, you can make a backup of all your files by duplicating /Documents/Parallels.
@KnowYourMac Your awesome! Thanks. I'll back up my files first, I have a 500GB external HDD that I only use for school that will be perfect! I'll post a vid soon of the results and Linux is def something I'm interested in learning. Hell, I'm excited about it! Thanks again

I recommend using Opera on Ubuntu if you don't want to use Firefox.
