that D chord that u use is called a Dsus2 ("sus" meaning suspension) and the other chords, are power chords, so that 1st chord was an A power chord and the other was an E power chord, over all good lesson tho mate, just tellin ya 4 future use in future lessons :)
@TheDistortionFactor thanks for the advice but no its not a suspended chord. if i played it with the open high E string then it would be a sus2. and a "5th" chord is the same thing as a power chord :P saying E5 or A5 is the proper technical terminology :P
kewl... is it me or does the guitars neck look bent near the 8th fret.. could be the camera. weird... when you move the guitar straight infront of the camera it goes away. anyways.. thanks for the video
