Quality!! I have been following your Band training for quite a while and I have been very impressed with incorporation of Bio-Mechanical and Rehabilitation side to your exercise. Please keep up the Great work and keep posting it much appreciated.
Just stumbled across this, fascinating. I have been practicing karate for many years and keep getting pains in my left knee. Watching the first exercise in your series here, the exercise is the reverse of a punch in karate -- I wonder whether my knee has been turning in. It feels like I am over using my left leg. I will try these exercises on both sides. Thanks for creating and posting this.
This is really great information. I have had many clients whose knee/s turn in. Until now I was using a foam roller on IT band and glute medius, but these exercises with the bands are much better as they are dynamic and activate and strengthen the muscles the right way. Thanks Dave!
