  • How do you get out of a rut when your failing miserably in life,48,afraid to watch,or read the news because it brings you down even lower then you are.We keep hearing about an economic collapse of our country.I own my own HVAC business that's months away from ruins.I'm not sure who would hire me@48 even though I have 18 years experience.I've let my house become a absolute mess because I'm a parrot lover (although I'm not a hoarder).I use to be able to get myself out of a rut when I was working.
