Squad managing is easier if you use the left hand side menu once you have "created" the squads, saves you trouble when you want to issue different orders to two squads which are very close together.

I Seem to have trouble with this mission, As soon as i capture the first line, I Get rushed by 2 German Heavy Tanks and once i destroy them the Germans Endlessly Reinforce their lines with more of the tanks, and to add to that, the Rush me with Puma's that i cannot destroy because my resources keep on running thin. By the time I can get a squad to Destroy them the Germans have more Pumas deployed and coming again.

@TheGabriel997, APCR DOES NOT stand for what you said (IMHO you came up with that explanation all by yourself, didnt you), instead it means Armor Piercing Composite Rigid, which is a term the British Army started using in the WWII to designate a special round that was composed from a hard core, made out of tungsten carbide, enveloped in a lighter alloy so that it could fit the barrel of the gun. This was later on replaced by the APDS/FS (armor piercing discarding sabot/fin stabilized). Cheers!

No, game simply is not optimised, and it cant coZ engine is outdated. Only 1 cpu core is in use. "CvetniKolachic" is right, very good game and design but game dont use hardware that we have.......that is shame! I will not buy this game for that reason and my friend told me that ranking sever is pure shit. If u play rank games drop all times and wierd connection brakes....and u lose points and points! All in all one of the best RTS, or BEST RTS potential but not used! Shame!!

This game use ONLY one CPU CORE and the game engine is super OUTDATED even GPU CORE is not used over 65%......so u can have TOP PC but u will have only 15 fps in all high set and when there is a lots of units on screan. AP was armour piercing, usually hardened steel with a hardened cap. APCR was wolfram/tungsten with a fully hardened core with very good penetration. Therefore the APCR core didnt have to be big, and the whole shell in many cases weighed less than AP, but about same air resistance. Therfore more effective on shorter range, because higher speed out of barrel, but loosing speed faster than AP. Both types were solid shot, which depends on high speed for penetration.

I having HARD TIME in this mission. counted since last week, I fail like 30 times already... Flanking the fascist ( Nazi ) and their cannons easy. but VS Their tank is suiciding man in Hard. I using my m4 sherman vs their Puma, the bloody puma shoot only 1 time, my Sherman hull str8 boom and ppl inside it die... =.=

@TheGabriel997 Not quite. AP = Armor-Piercing. HE = High-Explosive (you were on the right track with this). Use AP for taking out tanks and armor. HE is for anti-personnel duties.

APCR = Armor-Piercing, Composite-Rigid. Basically a precursor to modern sabot rounds.

AP rounds were rugged, big rounds designed to punch through armor. APCR rounds are the same principle, except the actual armor-piercing projectile is much smaller, making it more effective in penetration.

One that focuses more on penetrating enemy armor then actually doing damage btw, but I just got this game so I don´t know if there are normal armor piercing ones. Also, I thinkg the AP rounds you ment are not anti-personal, but those are the normal Armor piercing rounds, and the HE high explosive are for infantry and againsts lights tanks and SPGs, especially with open cover for wounding the crew.

Well, if your talking about Assault Squad then yes. But its not skirmish in the sense where you choose the map and the opponent. Plus it still progresses like a campaign, as maps needs to be unlocked by winning.
