6 years ago Chery was just merely an illegal automaker in China but now they are doing a lot of works on new design with italian designers, quality improvements. So I don't know why people here are laughing at a toddler (and the this young company is doing a lot to improve its quality) when there are auto makers out there which were established for ages and still perform horribly in crash tests
And Chery is doing a lot of works to improve its cars quality, especially Chery A6 and Chery A6CC, that car is being built based on European standards with 8 airbags and harder steel and they are aiming to achieve at 3-4 stars in the next euro crash test. You see at least their cars are going through crash tests so that they can recognise their weakness and do some correction on it.
This Chery car company is very young, it should be given more time, it will slowly improve its quality, Nothing starts off good (Japanese, korean ??), At least the cars are not on sale, and the crash test already sent a warning to the company
