I love anything new but I disagree that the 'phone aspect of the device can be de-prioritised to the same level as the mp3 player or calendar. The focus is communication and it just happens that answering a phone call has the highest priority to be answered. How many times do you let your 'phone ring?

It explains what happens in one of the other videos if you choose not to answer the phone but still get in contact with the person calling to ask whether it is important or if it can wait till your done doing what ever you are doing.

There is no information on cost at the moment - but the company making the phone is called Else Mobile. They do not have any deals with operators at the moment.
