It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if the waiter had not shown up or had come outside a minute later, Paulie was about to kick Christopher's ass and Christopher was a runt and not very strong compared to him, the waiter doesnt show up and there might have been a Tony vs Ralph type fight to the death outside of that restaurant.
Then Paulie could say that maybe Christopher got shot when someone tried to rob if he killed Christopher, this way it looks like a robbery.
This reminds me of something that happened my junior year of high school. Finals had ended, but it was winter so 2 friends and I went to a spot we like to blow off some steam and eat some good Italian food. The problem is really due to the media spotlighting every violent crime done by African Americans. Everyone watches tv and will form their stereotypes from that.

the problem isn't the media, its that blacks commit the kinds of crime the media likes to cover.. audiences don't want to hear about Bernie Madoff and his Ponzi schemes (nor do most people have any idea even what that is). They'd rather hear about a guy going on a shooting spree and getting gunned down by police.. and unfortunately niggers are the ones who are usually committing the "dumb crimes".

Fuck the waiter. He thinks he deserves an almost $200 tip for serving a meal? You never ask customers for a tip. That's at their discretion. Douche had it coming. Oh, and for the very confused people there is no law that you have to tip in US.

@itzahazylife dude, these guys don't care if you respect em. They thrive on intimidation! this waiter wasn't too bright. He KNEW these guys were mafioso type guidos, and STILL approached em to not only complain about an OPTIONAL case scenario but also insulted them when not getting his way. If he has such a distaste for unfair treatment, why the hell does he hold a job in customer service?? try some factory work of something. He didn't need to get shot but he sure was asking for it.

@24rusguy I gave him a tip originally, then whined I'd underpaid by 5% so I just gave him the remainder and never went back. In UK I woulda told him to go fuck himself, but in USA I didn't want to question it, cos the law over there is pretty strict/messed up. wat would have been the best thing to do?
