@Psychedalien Thanks! =-) The texture from the space view or from the on the planet view? The space view one I got from celestiamotherlode . net, and the on the planet view textures are just default Bryce textures.
I want to get this animation program. With this video you have demonstrated it to its full potential. From 1:20 onwards it all looks so real. Thanks for shearing this great video. :)
Actually I don't think I've shown It's full potential, I've seen even more realistic scenes made in Bryce, It just takes some time to add alot of detail. =-) If you want to get it, I believe they released Bryce 5.5 as a free version. Just do a search, it should be easy to find. If you try it and really like it then you could upgrade to Bryce 6.1 but It's not much better then Bryce 5.5. :-)
I meant it as a compliment :-) If it looks real then I'm sure its near its full potential. You know what I mean. I want to buy the newest version. I was trying to think what this video reminds me of and then it came to me. Its like the 80s video game Uridium, that what it reminds me of with the music. :-)
Well thanks then! =-) I'm currently rendering a new animation thats similar to this one, and this time in full 1920x1080 HD resolution and my hope is it'll look more real then this one. So if you liked this animation you might like that one too. I should have it done and uploaded in a week or so. =-) I've never played that game, but it was a friend of mine that made the music I used in the video, so he might have played it before and got some ideas from it, I'm not sure.
The Advanced Motion Lab Allows you to control your animation paths. As to Velocity, Speed, FWD / Reverse within the Animation Path of an Object. You can rotate an object & control the speed of rotation to a soft & easing stop. You can also repeat points in time along a animation path as to a machine guns rapid fire without recreating the animation. take a look at some of my work @ BW3D com
I've always wondered how to do some of those things, now I know what to use just not how to use it. :-P I looked at some of your animations and they definately seam alot smoother and controlled then mine. You seam to know Bryce really well.
I Read The Book Bryce 4 Cover to Cover. Just kept myself updated on-Line with "What's New". I find Bryce 5.5 to be better than Bryce 6. I'm having difficulties on rendering Animated Volume. SO I stick with Bryce 5.5. Now I'm Using Vue 5. Much more Animation Control.
Pretty cool. I'm not sure what Version of Bryce you used, but Your animation flow shows you didn't edit your Animations in The Advanced Motion Lab. That's where your animation work would really show. Not Sure if You're looking for any Employment but had you used the The Advanced Motion Lab I'd Hire you.
To be honest, I've opened the advanced motion lab a couple times to try to figure out what it does, but I couldnt figure out how it works, and I haven't really bothered to look up any toutorials, because I'm not really a big fan of following toutorials. What exactly does the advanced motion lab do?
WOW How did you get Mars texture!:)? This is awesome!!!!!!!

@Psychedalien No problem! =-)

As it is, the camera track is annoying, but the mars texture is excellent.
Toss a space ship or two in there (maybe some poser astronauts) and you've got something.
