It is the Gk-Kit, which installs inside the guitar. I would say it is comparable to the GK-2, but without the external box. Requires routing and drilling of your guitar. Now I have a problem with the G string volume; much lower than the other strings, no matter what sensitivity setting I use. I much prefer the bridge saddle systems, but Parker doesn't have one., My next mod will be adding a Graphtech Ghost Floyd Rose style trem, which has the piezo saddles.Roland, pay attention!
Yes, in my other Parker video I describe the added HS-1 middle pickup and GK Kit synth pickup. I also had some fancy wiring done, with a pull-pot tone control that gives me more sounds .... all hum-cancelled.
Nice job. I have the GR-09 and am just getting the hang of giging with it. Using it for a nice fill for keyboard/synth sounds for 80's rock. Thanks for the vid's.
I balanced the voice-guitar better in this video, but there is too much room noise: string/pick sounds and that damn creaking chair! Maybe I'll try using a mic, and take a feed off my keyboard amp for sound?? Any suggestions from more experienced Youtube record-o-philes is welcome.

I do use the piezo on some sounds yes, and the "in-between" magnetic single coil sound is very sparkly as well. Thanks for your kind words.

Does your clean guitar sound use a Piezo? It's very crisp and acoustical sounding. Great demo, you're a very talented player!

@Timguitarify Record your guitar parts separately, and overdub your voice-over. Then edit the whole mess in Kino...
