listen its simple even if your plane worked you still wouldnt enjoy it u have to buy the new version they corrected all the probs its called the iron man and hulk they fly amazing 200 ft high no prob just crazy glue props on and your good to go plane will do back flips and unlike first one is made of epp foam i feel bad this guy bought the wrong one he is missing out of some serious fun

when you charge it ,the light has to blink. Make sure the jet is set to off when you plug it to the controller, then turn the controller on, the red light should turn off and the green light will start blinking. When the charge is done, the green light will stop blinking.

Nightflyyer is right, your planes autoshutoff is activating too soon.You maybe looking at a battery problem in the plane or a transmitter charge problem.Use new Alk. batteries in your transmitter!I use energizer lithium AA batteries they give a the best charge and last many flights longer than Alks.Also you will always be in control of your plane.Before going to fly any R/C plane use a voltmeter to test your batteries.

i had the same problem until i dissembled it and found out that the PLANES!! battery was shorted and had some wiring problems so if i were u i would trow it out or just modify it like me :D

I think the auto cut off (to save the life of Lipo Batteries) is shutting off too soon. Usually it does that when the batteries are reaching low threshold. It sounds to me like the Plane batteries are not getting fully charged.
