Ya, in the 10 on I thought he wanted to get her in bed. But why would Nate risk his education at the school, for her if he's playing Blair? And remember Chuck isn't that sweet to begin with. Remember him in Jenny in the Pilot! And the other things he does.He's got a heart for Blair and it's just starting to grow. Chuck seems more like a player to me then Nate. I mean think about what Blair said something like ''You bang anything that gets in your way.''

He was so heartbroken after Blair chose Nate. He even tried to tell her to drop her Archilbald habits. That quote applies to BlairChuck only. I have no clue why Nate started with Blair again if a few beginning episodes were about NateSerena then it became SerenaDan and only after Seventeen Candles and Carter Baizen did Nate start paying attention to her. In Victor/Victrola he didn't even love her. So that is the reason I thought that about Nate.

I think what happened is that there was so much pressure with his dad wanting him to be with her and her being kind of insecure and bitchy sometimes (most of the time) he was just tired of it and didn't think he wanted her anymore, and then after they broke up he realized he actually liked her.
