Guys, let's make one thing clear: if anyone (positively anyone) spots a commando, that commando is dead meat. I have a lv12 gunner I use to hunt snipers and/or knifers (depends on which is available at the moment). A good commando is quite hard to kill and piles up a lot of frags, but let's face it: so does a good soldier or gunner. No class has a "buttrape (without lube)" button at hand, commandos camp and they ambush. Ever tried to knife a decent gunner with "leg it" and a fast machinegun?

I'm a royal, but I hate all commandos with a passion (although i'm slightly more sympathetic to SR mandos). But you would have had a MUCH harder job if there was any commando on the opposing team with mark target who knew how to use it...or indeed anyone who had some sort of familiarity with the game.

This is how I've been playing BFH since day one...alot more fun than sniping, and the royal commandos are always amazed at how I can kill 5 of them (close range) teaming up on me, over and over again, and my HP never goes down. I don't use TT though...it doesn't really fit the knife/pistol style. Instead I focus on Stealth, Elixir and recently I've started using poison blade.

I've never seen other players using knife+pistol equipment while I'm playing. I use it a lot cuz very long range pistol is good sidekick for knife, and knifing is real commando style IMO. The pistol is good against sniping commandos and useful on mid range too. Like ur style ;)
