  • The last rifff, soooooooo amazing! it's for a song? or it's original D: ?

  • @Vammp32 Its and original from one of the songs I wrote for my band 'Solace in Bermuda' thanks for listening buddy:) glad you enjoyed

  • is this the combo or the head?

  • The last riff was the most beautiful riff I have heard in a long time...

  • @Insinfier Ah cheers for watching:) any feedback is greatly appreciated, if you like what your hearing you should check out the full band recordings i have on my channel (solace in bermuda) thanks for checking it out and im glad you like what your hearing:)

  • Great demonstration! How did you mic up the amp? And what's the last "song" you're playing in the video?

  • @yrrahyrrah The amps not actually mic'd in this video, it was just recorded with a nokia n95 phone camera aha all of the material played here is original, you can check out my band 'solace in bermuda' on my page, ive got a few songs up if you like what you hear:)

  • @nedab90

Cool. Really like the last lick, so great job! I recently bought the Bugera 6262 amp with a Laney 4x12 speaker. I would like to record some demo stuff, but can't seem to figure the settings with the EQ's and mic placements. Do you have any tips?

  • @yrrahyrrah Alright man, for all of my recorded stuff, I used a tascam us 144 interface and a shure sm57, just running into my laptop, I was running the lead channel with the gain at about 3 1/2 for rhythm tracks and about 4 for lead stuff, the volume was on about 2 (although louder might be more desireable) I run my mids at about 5, bass 6 and treble at about 5? then its a matter of messing about with it for mic placement, I tend to have my just to the left of the cone of the speaker if i think

  • @nedab90

Okay, thanx man. It's so damn hard to find the right mic placement. Usually it ends up sounding scrambly or too boomy.. I guess there's no real method for the madness. You'll just have to experiment.

  • your videos just convinced me to get this amp. thanks man!

  • wow kid, how old are you? you really have great dexterity and i hope to hear you progress musically. great job and i hope you can develop into a household name. fantastic job dude! just remember- no matter how much you can shred(and you got that shit down son) music and your heart will always guide you. lotsa guys can fly but they don't have any soul. the groove is king but kid you really got a bright bright future. good luck to you. yours in music, dc

  • hey, i just got this amp and was wondering what settings you are using.

  • Erm there a little different here to what Im currently using as I tune a bit lower these days (that video was Drop C#) and now im in Drop C (watch my drop tunings video to see how much of a difference that half step can make aha) but im pretty sure they were along the lines of

    Gain - 6 1/2

    Bass - 7

    Mid - 6

    Treble - 5

    Presence - 5

    Reverb - 0

  • playing some new abborigionie?

  • This is actually all original material for my newest band, no idea who or what abborigionie is?:s

  • awesome! you use other effects? or only amp?

and what is your amp setting?

have you ever had problem with the amp?

is nice the sound at bedroom volume?

    thanks a lot!

    -RIko-

  • This is all just the amp, even the backing that im playing to is from the amp:) ive never had a single problem with it and i take it weekly to and from practises as well as gigs has held up really well. The sound at bedroom level is really nice actually obviously being a valve amp it shines at higher volumes but its definetly nice at bedroom level

  • finally someone playing a bugera with actual skill !!!

  • dingle1 has no skill?

  • i dont know what youre talking about

  • dingle1 has some awesome bugera samples on youtube, both the 6262 and the 333xl. You should definitely check him out ;)

  • thank you for the reccomendation

  • Erithlon: dingle1 has some awesome bugera samples on youtube.

Agreed. So does mtuck5150. Between the two of them, they're a Bugera archive.

And by the way, excellent stuff nedab90. Nice shreddy stuff. Really heavy too.

  • id say he was proberbly a lot better than myself, although im only as good as i feel i need to be, more of a songwriter these days
