Christ. For those complaining this is stupid, doesn't show anything, it's a teaser, their purpose is to confuse you (to an extent). It reveals very little leaving you wanting to know what the things in the trailer were and wanting to tune in to the episode so you can find out, unlike an actual trailer it doesn't reveal the plot or setting, or very little of it anyway.

@WardyProductions Not true, the only one's who never watched it before they took the part were Hartnell (understandable since he's the first) and Eccleston (watched one episode after getting the part). Smith pointed out that his favourite Doctor was Patrick Troughton (the basis for his costume) and his favourite serial was Tomb of the Cybermen. He even used to write fan fiction.

If you actually sit and watch his stories without prejudices, they're actually amazing! Some people get the wrong idea about him before they've actually seen any of his episodes, which is upsetting. And if you've heard any of his Big Finish audios, you'll know he more than makes up for the episodes which people don't like.

He had HUGE shoes to fill but I think that Matt Smith is a worthy successor and I couldn't have asked for a better actor to follow Tennant and play this iconic roll! (Christopher Eccleson was great too.. its too bad that he quit early, I would have liked to see more of him)

Stephen Moffat has also been doing an excellent job as head writer! And I loved the episode written by Niel Gaiman!
