How do I put music from my computer onto the phone? The manual says i can do this but I can't figure it out. Also the "unlimited" music is BS. I have been trying to download ONE song for nearly two hours. What's the point of teasing you with all the "music" they offer if you can't download it? Also I got JACKED at the store, they charged me $99 for the phone, yet on the website it is only $49. I have had this phone for 24hours and I am beyond unhappy.

What is up with cricket! Can they make a phone that doesnt piss everyone off? really. The Messenger2 is useless, the TXTM8 cant do anything right, the zio is the worst touch screen phone ever, the suede obviously has only 1 use, and all the other phones are just plain cheap. The only good phones so-far is the optimus and ascend, but the optimus isnt available everywhere. We'll have to wait for the Ascend2 and Indulge. If they dont deliver, im going to Virgin Mobile. Who's with me?

Not worth it. Cricket uses their own headphone jack that standard headphones do not fit in. You have to buy the extremely low quality headphone's from Cricket, for a relatively high price. I have the Huawei Ascend, and it's just extremely annoying.

The phone is pretty good when it comes to downloading music, if you like music on ur phone, and ringtones and ringback tones, this is the phone for you, u can use the songs that u downloaded as ur ringers. :) many customers are happy with the samsung suede. the only downside is the browsing like youtube. videos are not as good quality as the android .. but if ur just doing little web browsing then go for it. :)

@zannesha09 cricket has android with 2.2 its the zio not contracted and is a good phone. if you would rather contract pay outrageous prices go for it. the ring tones and ringback issue is a leagailty one. they are working on it which doesn't really help you now. you bought the phone during its soft release. it just barley released in houston on 4/1 thats how new it is and thats why some things are still in beta mode.

$55 dollars is too much money for just listening to music, plus is not an android or smartphone, which means that you are very limited on what you can do. I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and did not liked it at all, for $30 dollars more i got myself an iphone. Well I dont recommend this phone.

i was reading about it use a special memory card for the music. what happens when you use a regular card? will it write and save to the card? what happens if i try to read the card. would any music show up or play? you need to explain more about the special memory card like if you take it out and try to read it. with an adapter what happens

@kwjones30 if you use a different card you can only save pics and videos on it. the card it comes with has 1gb of use for your pics and vids. the card has an encryption called trusted flash which allows the music to be stored but if you put it in your computer it will not show the music only your pics and messages
