Hello Jullian, It is difficult to learn to do a startup, there is a lot of info to be discerned. There doesn't seem to be a canned framework for making this happen. So.... I thank you for your comments, I look forward to hearing from you again. Neal

Hey julian, I totally agree, made the same mistake myself and I am learning from it. As for the website start up I mean, the business is old as time, but one thing I disagree with. You mention to act as if you have credibility and to act big.. Acting big isn`r that appealing for some reasons, in the end it is best to present yourself for what you stand for, if your a 5 head busniness, you aren`t a corporation, added bonus for personal service towards the customers. Other than that great vid :)
