  • tandem

  • My very first tandem jump was from 15000feet. (4500meters,anyway)

  • there is a place in missouri where you can jump at 30000 ft

  • perfect landing

  • Fun shit man!! I just did the 13,000 and ready for the 18,000 after my post jump vertigo goes away lol.

  • haha what if the little white parachute was mistakenly put in as the real one

  • today was my first dive and we went to 14,000 ft! i want to go to 18,000!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm honestly scared of high elevation, but this looks awsome to do and I would like to ski dive but i think i would have a heart attack on the jump.

  • "Worlds Highest Commercial Sky Dive, 18,000 ft Ausaf Waris Masud"

World's highest commercial skydive is actually the Skydive Everest adventure.

This takes you to 29500ft with Everest in the background.

  • LOL At 1:14 there's a big sign above the door that says DON'T DO IT!

  • thats nice dude its cool to link up with the camera man, iv dun 2 at 13000 and about to do my 3rd in 3 weeks. my 1st time we linked up. nice 1 dude check my 1 :)

  • there aint nothin like skydiving with your pals eyy!! ;)

  • what a shitty job being the camera man >.< :L

  • Joe Kittinger

  • Creepy as amazing...

  • Awesome! I wish I had gone 18,00o ft. We were only allowed to go 14,000 ft where I went

  • that guys gonnna hijack the plane.

  • what an appropriate song... learn to fly lol

  • If they were going up from sea level to 18000 feet above ground to do this skydive, they don't need even a little supplemental oxygen on the ride up, particularly for people acclimated to sea level pressures? Or are they just not up that high long enough for any kind of oxygen deprivation to set in?

  • 30,000 feet > 18,000 feet. Just sayin'.

  • I like how it says don't do it. Great encouragement!

  • must be hard for the camera man

  • Awesome vid. Great jump!

  • no the worlds highest skydive was 100,000 ft from space

  • omg! i want to do that!

  • AWSOME.....I ALWAYS WANTED TO DO THIS

  • this is no way the biggest commercial dive

  • No offense but this is far from the world's highest commercial skydive. I've jumped from 30,000ft which requires pre-breathing as well as O2(oxygen mask) bailout bottles throughout the entire skydive.

    halojumper(dot)net

You get almost 2 min of freefall !

  • watch out a flying plane! xD

  • How high is 18,000 ft in metric?

  • its 5,486 meters high.

  • After watching the video several times, it appears to be a Z1. Not sure if it's the regular Z1 or the Z1 IAS, but I digress.

  • Anyone know what type of helmet he's wearing? Oxygn, Oxygn A3, or Factory Diver?

  • amaaaaazing sonnggg <3

  • That looked absolutely incredable! Hey but whats the hardest part? And whats the chances of something going wrong and then smashing full force onto the ground? But I think the word to best describe this experience is breath taking. Dam looks like so much fun, must be a life time experience, how many ppl can say they walked on air? Or jumped off a plance while it was like 18 000 ft above the ground? Not many, prompts man, that was wicked. Serious bolls to do that! Peace n_n

  • well think of it this way if u crash full speed on the ground u wont feel it :)

  • The hardest part is definitely the landing. Thats where people get hurt. If you fly a carefully planned landing pattern with a conservative low speed canopy its really like a walk in the park. Its not particularly dangerous. Modern equipment is very safe and the training you have to undergo to become a solo skydiver is pretty comprehensive. You should try a tandem, its sooo fantastic to freefall! If you like it a lot, sign up for an AFF-course. Contact a local dropzone for more information.

  • @gaspiden The hardest part? Thats easy............THE FIRST STEP!!!!! :) lol

  • i think the hardest part is the jump, after that it's all fun

  • @CxPGxP yes.. thats right

  • Bro, you were CRACKIN ME UP! I loved that vid man...Skydiving is a great sport...After my first Tandem jump, I was hooked!! I am going to be qualified by next year I hope (just costs a lot =( ) But you looked like you had a blast!

    Rock on

  • F*ck that must just be so nice!

  • wonderful vid awmasud ! Props G...

  • thanks for your comments

that mini chute is to stabilize the diver

  • Comment removed

  • yes but it makes that the two divers dont fall to fast max 200 km/h. So that you can enjoy every second of your freefall and the adventure lasts longer.

I have heard this. i did a tandem skydive to and want to do an aff course

  • Nice vid dude ;)Whats like the mini chute that comes out at the start?;P

  • That is fucking awesome.

  • Nicely done

  • omg the pilots name was charles manson lmfao

  • the co pilot's name was angus young from ACDC xD

  • this one was in Monterey california.

i guess if you google them, u will find it,

and even in the beginning and endign credits fo the video you can see the address of that location

  • i live by monterey i live in salinas

  • So... Where I can find that skydive company????? I've jumped twice from 15.000 ft and I think I'm already open to higher ones :)

  • 18 grand is the highest Commercial Skydive but if you want to get technical, NZone in queenstown NZ or Skydive Glenorchy half an hours down the road the ground is around 3000 ft above sea level, and I have done a couple of jumps from each (on the sly) but with tandems. so 21 grand ASL.

  • Well guys , let me clarify this.

this is the worlds highest COMMERCIAL sky dive that is available to public without going through the sky dive certifications. All others might be certified sky divers who might have went even higher or for some research projects like NASA. So this is the worlds highest "COMMERCIAL" dive. Have Fun

  • maybee this song relates to him and is not meant to capture the audience sky diving is a grave decision so he probally had re

  • 18000 is pussy compared to joseph kitengers 102000 ft

  • It probaly was 18,000 ft but theres been better look it up people have pushed theirself form space and back to earth freefalling

  • 18000 my hairy ass.

  • Comment removed

  • You couldn't have picked a better song to play.

  • But honestly, the bon jovi song was horrible...

  • Agreed... the song is making it hard to sit through.

  • holy shit this makes me want to skydive

  • HAHAHA

  • 18,000 my left testical.

  • thsis dude went high school wid me good job buddy

  • did he FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • And I fucked Yours :)

  • i did a comercial skydive from 18,000 feet twice in gran canaria and a third one of 11,000 feet

  • what's up guys it's just a ordinary tandem-jump? :D

  • wrong, the highest skydive was 130,000ft set by kittinger in a helium baloon, he did 3 jumps the first was 102,000 ft, the second was 130,000 ft and the third was 105,000 ft

  • this is NOT the highest, the highest was the return journey of the first man in orbit, 130,000ft, thx overmind2.

  • that's probably why the title says highest "commercial" sky dive. kittinger's jumps were military, not commercial...

  • that my coson

  • Well guys , let me clarify this.

this is the worlds highest commercial sky dive that is available to public without goign through the sky dive certifications. All others might be certified sky divers who might have went even higher or for some research projects like NASA. So this is the worlds highest commercial dive.

  • well actually there is video taken from the camera on the guys back from the jump that he took at about 102,000 ft.

  • Thats twice as high as concorde goes.

    I dont think so.

  • You dont have o believe it but he was apart of NASA and his jump was in efforts to support NASA...and he didnt go up in a plane he went up a in state of the art (of that time) Air balloon...he had to be on a breathing tank and a pressure suit. SO in conclusion he did do it....whether you choose to believe it or not

  • Louis, why are you so quick to show your ignorance?

Look it up. As everyone else mentioned, YES, Joe Kittinger jumped from 102000 feet.

There's a thing called the Internet. Believe it or not, it's not just for entertainment.

  • ummm well correct me if Im wrong but what about porn for online entertainment?? Correct me if Im wrong but isnt this the guy from Harold and Kuma get the munchies. I tell you what I love the whole Joe Kittinger thing. Amazing stuff when you think about it.

  • yes, the highest skydive ever recorded was from joseph kittinger from 102,800ft.

he also fell the fastest ever at mach 1 or roughly the speed of sound.

  • I don't actually think that's possible considering humans reach their terminal velocity early on in there jump. So it wouldnt matter if you went from 18,000 or 102,000.

  • here here. twigon's got the idea. i was trying to tell that to some other guy on another video..

  • when kittenger fell the air was much thinner therefor increasing his terminal velocity dramaticly.

  • Well, as you probably know, the speed of sound is roughly 340 m/s. So with gravity at 9.8m/s. It will take approximately 35 seconds to reach mach 1. But as the man falls through the air becomes thicker and therefore terminal velocity decreases. No way he could reach mach one

  • you are a nerd omg who caresabout velocity and that crap i just think skydiingis cool gosh!!!

  • he's not a nerd, all he did was pass 9th grade.

btw, the speed of sound ranges at altitude and temperature.

So at 103000 ft, the speed of sound would VERY slow (low temp, low air density).

  • hahah @ "you are a nerd omg who caresabout velocity and that crap" I know when my parachute opens I'm glad I had some nerds figuring out all the aerodynamics and not you.

  • yeah, it would matter, since the atmosphere is so much thinner that it's practically non-existent at 100,000 ft, therefore nothing to slow him down for the first couple minutes of his freefall. look it up.

  • World's highest skydive? Do you mean, YOUR highest skydive? Highest ever was from somewhere around 100,000 ft. from a balloon during high altitude tests during the 50s or 60s, I think.

  • great video. man, i have to do this one day.
