not really. if you notice the fans in the back, they are Talismoon fans. Quiet and very powerful. It also has a clear/ blue lighted fan shroud giving it better ventilation

Well, that's because it comes with 12V.
I soldered it to 5V on the motherboard and now it's barely louder than the Tailsmoon Whisper fans.
