The true God of the Bible has forgiven all of our sins at the cross so there is no need to beg for it at once or continually. We simply need to apply that forgiveness to our sins by receiving the free gift of salvation. This is done by acknowledging that we are sinners and in need of a savior who by His sinless perfect life was able to satisfy the wrath of God that our sins deserve. It means that we have sinned and broken God's law. Because God is perfect, holy, and infinitely above us, he cannot simply forgive sin without a penalty being paid. It's as if a judge pardoned a murderer, rapist, and thief simply because they we were "his children".

It means that we have sinned and broken God's law. Because God is perfect, holy, and infinitely above us, he cannot simply forgive sin without a penalty being paid. It's as if a judge pardoned a murderer, rapist, and thief simply because they we were "his children".

Satan is perceived and is seen in any form of sin or evil, (being the prince of darkness and the original evil), not just a beautiful angel.

I can't stand people who say Amen! They don't even know the meaning nor the origin of the phrase! Amen was the first Egyptian pharaoh to declare himself the living sun god Ra. So when his people prayed, they prayed to AmenRa. Now when Israel was formed, three separate religions came together. Isis, Ra, and the goddess El to form (Is-Ra-El) Israel and the phrase AmenRa was shortened to just Amen.

At the risk of sounding sac-religious, I feel this movie could have easily been in the horror category. It had all the right ingredients of your typical hollywood horror film. Blood, gore, suspense, monsters....

When you think about it, this is in fact a horror film, mainly because demons were definately out and about, determined to partiicpate and see close what Christ was going to be put through. Major spiritual warfare. The truht can be more frightening than anything that we can dream up. That is what made Christ so extraordinary, both his message and his life.
