I actually think that's what makes Jay's music unique - he's one of the first Chinese/Taiwanese artists to successfully mix Chinese and Western music to create something completely different from everything else out there. His 中國風 style was pretty revolutionary when he first came out with it, and it's what sets him apart from the other CPOP acts out there. Would you rather have him sing what are essentially Western songs in Chinese like everyone else in the game (e.g. Jolin)?
