Which is that throughout the video, VFX is mocking Thunderf00t's accent as he is addressing him in that video. PCS's recent actions have answered an old question that arises whenever a creationist speaks. Is he lying or delusional? Given his flippant response, it's clear that he literally thinks god is on his side and will not let him be punished. If he was merely a manipulator, he'd take thunderfoots offer with relief. You should always seek legal advice "before" filing a DMCA take down order as the order itself is a legal action. This is why perjury is the charge for false claims. Fair use for comments and critisism on a not for profit educational channel makes this an open and shut case against PCS if it can be shown that he initiated the take down orders.
I would prefer if Thunderf00t would stick to the dates as laid out his original proposal. This would also add credibility to his intentions of not pursusing legal action if PCS accepts the conditions of the self imposed exile.

Facts either VFX isn't aware of, or doesn't take seriously:
1) When he uploads videos to Youtube, he gives consent to other youtubers to use them.
2) Filing fraudulent DMCAs IS considered perjury.
3) If it goes to court, he will be liable for all court and attorney fees incurred by TF.
VFX should be showing humility and trying to negotiate a different settlement with TF. Instead he decides to mock him with a poor impersonation, and he shows he hasn't learned a thing by going after you! Idiot.
He used to film in his bedroom on a sort of mezzanine/bannistered second floor with rather nice detached brick houses set in front gardens across the street: looked big enough for maybe four beds. I noticed that no one has not yet, at least to my knowledge, addressed one thing about VFX's video "Dear Thunderf00t and company". Which is that throughout the video, VFX is mocking Thunderf00t's accent as he is addressing him in that video. I find this amusing, because VFX says in that same video "I never mocked you" and yet that's all he's been doing in that video with that accent. I wonder if Thunderf00t himself has picked this up, I think he might have something to say about that perhaps.

It occurs to me VFX has done this on purpose in order to martyr himself away from YouTube.
You may remember he recently tried to leave under the guise of threats against him, but apparently didnt garner enough sympathy and came back to roll the dice one more time. Now hes prepared to actually be kicked off while acting as if the entire issue is some sort of attack against him and Christianity.

Given his flippant response, it's clear that he literally thinks god is on his side and will not let him be punished. If he was merely a manipulator, he'd take thunderfoots offer with relief. I was upset when Venom was removed from YouTube a couple of months ago but now that he is engaging in illegal activities and threatening the free speech of others I eagerly await his next and ,hopefully this time, permanent removal.

You should always seek legal advice "before" filing a DMCA take down order as the order itself is a legal action. This is why perjury is the charge for false claims. Fair use for comments and critisism on a not for profit educational channel makes this an open and shut case against PCS if it can be shown that he initiated the take down orders.

I would prefer if Thunderf00t would stick to the dates as laid out his original proposal. This would also add credibility to his intentions of not pursusing legal action if PCS accepts the conditions of the self imposed exile.

The problem people have in spotting that kind of person is that they do come across as having moral conviction. People think, "I'd spot it if that was acting."
In a weird sense, they do lie with real moral conviction: a two-year-old's morality.
I want it = it OUGHT to be mine = it's mine.

Facts either VFX isn't aware of, or doesn't take seriously:
1) When he uploads videos to Youtube, he gives consent to other youtubers to use them.
2) Filing fraudulent DMCAs IS considered perjury.
3) If it goes to court, he will be liable for all court and attorney fees incurred by TF.
VFX should be showing humility and trying to negotiate a different settlement with TF. Instead he decides to mock him with a poor impersonation, and he shows he hasn't learned a thing by going after you! Idiot.

I'm not sure how that places him by US standards. Along with access to health & education*, it puts him in a small group worldwide.
