I also agree with JohnBear60 he was correct with both his comments. The Kurdish population in Iraq was indeed abused by Saddam and they deserve to be free like everyone else, but their leadership went about it the wrong way. Just following up on my previous comment, I don't think this guest understood the relevance of the comment. He is from the government of Kurdistan. You needed to make a connection to the Israel lobby that was appropriate to his cause. In general though, Kurdistan benefits from the Israel lobby and the U.S. government, at least in Iraq, though not so in Turkey. You need to somehow show him that he is actually being used or exploited or harmed in some way by the Israel lobby.
