hes not cheating, the password puts you at start, its the exact same game, but with a different character model

it only takes 1:00 hour and 58 minutes to beat metroid if you know 100% of the games locations bosses, missiles bombs etc.....my best time was 2:00 hours at 99%.......an avid metroid fan (prob the most avid)

Obviously he is cheating with a start password. I believe 8bit Metroid takes maybe 3h 45m to beat from a cold start.

Ah, this reminds me of the first summer I had just gotten my NES. School was out, and I remember those long summer days playing Metroid when I got back from the pool. Damn, it sucks being an adult!
