There are only a few songs by U2 that I truely appreciate, while on the other hand many by Gregorian. However with that said, I feel that U2's "dynamic" version of this song is superior. Gregorian conquered me with their version of My Immortal, but U2's With of Without You is just too much of a giant to take down.

I'm a profound fan of both, U2 and Gregorian. Seen 2 concerts live from both of them. I love the gregorian version, but still... it's U2's best song of all time. So in my opinion, U2's better. Yet still both bring shivers down my back.
