if you have stronger neck and put your neck in a right position and contract your neck muscles when you re training it will be help you to lift more than you expect..

that was definitely a 45 pound plate...a 25 pound bumper would be a joke for him.

i dont think that was a plate, i think it was a 25lb. bumper.. could be wrong though. very very impressive tho.. very creative as well
