Pallies in T3 were the most OP thing i have ever encountered in Pvp. They never ran out of mana and they could not be killed. Anyone who says otherwise is a noob who hasnt faced a good one. Ret pallies with good gear ownT face as well. Problem was most pallies played them as warriors when they are not warriors. Their strengths were the enduance and strong uncontrollable burst damage. Pallies had to survive and let that burst kill. The 30 ret, 21 holy build was solid mix dps/ hybrid build.

Rank 1 Flash of light back in the day was an all day spam and decent healing when you stacked spell haste :) nothing like a .3 healing doing 1-2k

not exactly, Paladins used to be the most OP dps prebc, which reck bombs, if you don't know, reckoning stacked 4 times then use it in 1 single move, And i've seen some paladins that crit all 4 of the hits, and bursted about 4k dps on 1 target, which back then people in like tier2 would have around 4k HP, and tanks would have around 6-7k and people with no gear, just blues would have about 2k, barley hitting 3k mark.. So yeah, you do the math hah.

Paladins weren't amazing for DPS, this is burst dmg, and isn't something that could count for over a min of full DPS.

So this wouldn't count paladins as the most OP dps, but with burst, without control. Getting 5 stacks of Reckoning meant you needed to stand still till you were critted 5 times. A decent gimmick for standing outside of Iron Forge, sure.

Mages one shotting for 5.5k Pom Pyro, and warlocks doing Conflag for 7k at lvl 60, that isn't OP to you?

i played my friends t6 ret pally and FREAKIN 9K DPS ALMOST thats with the new patch and stuff soo i raided this with 25 ret pallys in t4 to t6 and we killed her in like a minute we had 25 ret pallys 10 holy pallys and like 1 tank and 5 mages and some priests kuz they do a good amount of dmg with dots soo they all died on an aoe but their dots lived on the mages on the other hand did like 15k dmg lol it was amazing

if you raid as t6 pally and you dont say your dps is awesome im guessing your weapon sucks or you're one of those private server noobs. paladins (atleast myself) i melee crit 3k and SoC almost 4k that's autoattack buffed 7k every 3.6 sec. that's a dps of almost 2k. supposing that soc proc. still without SoC you make around 1k dps with autoattacks. (with crits) and then your judgements and consecration and all that comes. i easily outdps some of the melee in our raids..
