well not relaly. but the costume was designed by the creator and the costume is then sopyrighted. But iknow cosplayers just go and cosplay whatever. But i guess sicne it's vocaloid and the designers can be anyone then I guess it just depends on what the designer wants :L But its alright now. I found contact with the creator and i have been granted permission :D

It's extremely difficult to tell who is who but they both have their owns parts. Uh, for example: the first one singing is not actually Gakupo, it's KAITO. At about :31 Gakupo sings, [he kinda sounds like he has a cold?]

But yes they do sing together at some parts.

^_^ Yah. And this version is even harder to understand cuz it's a bit lighter. There's another version of this song with Len in it and another with Hatsune Miku. The characters are blacked out when they aren't singing so it's so much easier to understand who is singing. Look for it in the related videos box.
