  • I MET HIM WHEN HE WAS WITH MICHAEL BUBLE''S FANTASTIC BAND HE IS A GREAT MUSICIAN & VERY CUTE, I THINK IT IS A SHAME THAT HE CAME AWAY FROM IT FA

  • i love it!

  • sounds very mature, beyond his young age- great stuff ! no-nonsense jazz guitar and beautiful music, more of same please !

  • looks like the fourth and unique talented Jonas Brother?

  • :)...not much more to say

  • Randy plays and we smile, he is a young guitar treasure. When he accompanied Michael Buble with the superb MB big band, his sound and technique was just the best.

He produces a soft melodic jazz form with such a delicate touch. Lindsay Sidwell

  • My guitar teacher thought I was so advanced, I got to take a lesson from Randy himself. It was awesome. I learned so much stuff! He's so nice!

  • @Supazoomify omgee lucky lol

  • Very nice playing. I like the way he respects the melody. Thanks for sharing this clip.

  • That looks like the D'Angelico EXL-1, a fine reproduction of the Excel. No matter; it could be a plastic ukulele and Randy would make it swing.

  • I saw randy in Athens Greece live at the Half Note jazz club

  • How about...he plays like a classical guitarist/bass player...and it sounds good! The "but" makes it seem like, despite all odds, he somehow makes it work. It IS fairly unique amongst jazzers but not a new revelation by any means and he would tell you that. I got to know him while running sounding at Birdland. Such a great guy. I brought my archtop one day and we jammed a little bit. Great to see him on the up and up. Keep the bar high, Randy!

  • He plays like bass player....but it's amazing...

  • yea it helps wen u wanna play fast

  • duude....that is some sweet jazzin =P

  • what guitar is he playing

  • Randy seems to play D'Angelico's. Not sure what model though. I saw him almost 7 or 8 years ago at a little party in Jersey City at a friend's place. And he was playing with a quartet I think. At the time he was also playing a D'Angelico--but it was blue. He is a super nice guy too! He asked me to play a tune when he found out I played guitar, but there was NO WAY i was going to play after hearing him!! Lol!

  • I saw him in the czech republik, usti nad labem, and was brilliant...

  • Just WONDERFUL!!!!! Randy's the first younger player (or otherwise) that has excited me in a long time. Hope he comes to Cleveland. drmike

  • I've never seen a jazz player use that right hand technique, but who am I to complain, I'll never sound THAT good. Amazing musicianship!

  • as shown here-it's about the taste and sound! great job Randy.

  • Randy is the best

  • Just learned of Randy today. I WANT MORE!!! EXCELLENT!!! drmike

  • Beautiful!

    You are the man, Randy!

  • Randy is simply stunning. check him out!!!!

  • wow those skills are amazing! whoo go randy!

  • Hey Randy, what's happening? Sounding great!

  • Now that's what I call some fine guitar playing. His musical talents have always amazed me. Keep these coming.
